This Trademark & Brand Policy explains the permitted and prohibited uses of the B5 Secure™ name, the “Never Trust™. Verify Everything.™” tagline, the B5 Secure logo, and related brand assets (collectively, the “B5 Marks”). The B5 Marks are owned by Todd Yancey and used by B5 Secure. We share them so you can refer to B5 Secure accurately while protecting what they stand for.

1.Ownership

The B5 Marks are the property of Todd Yancey. This Policy grants no ownership and no license beyond the limited referential use described below. All goodwill from use of the B5 Marks inures to the owner.

2.Permitted Referential Use

You may use the B5 Secure word mark, without prior permission, to refer truthfully to the B5 Secure software — for example, to state that your application “works with B5 Secure” or “is built using B5 Secure” — provided the use is accurate, non-misleading, does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership that does not exist, and is not more prominent than your own brand.

3.Prohibited Uses

You may not: (a) use the B5 Marks in your company name, product name, logo, domain name, or social-media handle; (b) alter, abbreviate, restyle, or combine the B5 Marks with other marks; (c) use the B5 Marks in a manner that disparages B5 Secure or that is likely to cause confusion as to source or affiliation; (d) register or attempt to register the B5 Marks or any confusingly similar mark; or (e) use the logo or brand assets without our prior written permission.

4.Usage Guidelines

When you reference the marks, present “B5 Secure” in its correct form, include the ™ symbol on first or most prominent use, maintain clear space around the logo, do not change its colors or proportions, and follow any brand guidelines we provide. We reserve the right to review and request correction of any use.

5.Requesting Permission; Contact

For logo use, co-marketing, or any use beyond referential use, request permission at legal@b5secure.com. We may revoke permission or referential-use rights if a use is inconsistent with this Policy.
