Using the B5 Secure Tools

The B5 Secure tools (the b5secure CLI) install source packages, generate and update license keys, and help you troubleshoot setup.

Install

dotnet tool install -g B5SecurityKit.Tools

Common commands

b5secure install <package>   // install a source package
b5secure license generate    // create a license key
b5secure license update       // refresh an existing key
b5secure doctor               // diagnose common issues

Troubleshooting

• Key not recognized — run b5secure license update after changing your subscription.
• Package restore fails — ensure your local package source is reachable; B5 Secure recommends a local repository per the environment-security tenet.
